Costa Rica Vacation

If you are still looking for a place to go for your honeymoon, why not consider visiting Costa Rica, a tropical paradise hidden between Panama and Nicaragua. This little place is brimming with some of the Earth’s natural resources and you will be surprised to discover the lush fauna that is in store for you just waiting to be seen in this beautiful, if tiny, country. The Costa Ricans seems to be a bunch of lively, cheerful people who have an unlimited zest for life.

This little country is home to a myriad of diverse flora and fauna - in fact it is home to 5% of the World’s biodiversity. There are a total of 26 national parks and protected area in Costa Rica. You could see a lot of great Ocean view from the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Caribbean the other side. If you’re itching to breathe the fresh breezy air of the Caribbean seas, then choose your accommodation along the Caribbean side.

You can choose to do almost anything here in Costa Rica. Revel at the variety of wildlife available here- macaws, leatherback turtles, morpho butterflies, just to name a few. There are rainforest tours you can join and safari trips for the adventurous. See the wonders of the migrating whale, amaze yourself with the variety of dolphins available and sea turtles that cross the coastline during certain times of the year.

Beware of volcanoes because there is still one that’s active here: The Arenal which is located at the northern part of the country. The other two are located midpoint and towards the southern end of the country where there is a hot spring that is being visited by tourists year long. Much of the most lush and beautiful plant life is near the volcanoes because of the ashes it gives off actually works as a fertilizer since the lava had burned away old plants giving new growth nutrient rich soil to grow from. Today, people from all over the world visit Costa Rica to enjoy sun drenched days amidst the blue waters and white sands.

The ideal time to visit would be from December to May and in Costa Rica, May is the driest month prior to the wet season. Usually it’s best to visit when the weather isn’t very hot and humid since Central America is only mere miles from the equator; bordering the northern end of South America. Always be alert to any possible disasters and be wary about who you do and do not trust as it is easy to get lost foreign lands when out touring. When it comes to a Costa Rican vacation, it takes effort and hard work to ensure you have a memorable holiday.
